Today the house is propierty of Kutxa Charitable Work, and it is handed over to
in addition to certain elements of the exhibition. The ground floor of the museum houses the tourist information office, opened seasonally in 1999 and operated permanently since 2001.
The museum is located on the first floor, and features the permanent exhibition entitled "Victor Hugo, travelling down the memory".

For over twenty years, the second floor has been used for temporary exhibitions organised by the Pasaia Town Council's department of culture, and since 2001 jointly organised with .
Pasaia and the municipalities of Errenteria, Lezo and Oiartzun form the region of
